Minds on Physics Record Keeping
Upon successfully completing a Minds On Physics mission, a student receives an encrypted success code. This success code can be ultimately used by the teacher to validate the student's success on the mission. If a teacher chooses to collect success codes, then it is important that the student keep a record of all earned success codes in order to submit the codes to the teacher. Minds On Physics the App allows a student to email success codes to themselves or their teacher. (This email function does not work on a Chromebook.) Alternatively, the student could record all earned success codes on a sheet of paper.
Record-keeping forms are available to assist students in organizing their success codes until validation is complete. A form can be printed and success codes can be recorded on it. The teacher should provide instructions about what to do with the completed record-keeping form. The PDF versions of the record-keeping forms are ready-to-print copies that can be duplicated by teachers and distributed to students. The Microsoft Word versions are provided for teachers who might wish to customize the form to their own liking. Links to the record-keeping forms for each individual topic are provided below.

Student Directions
In addition to the above record-keeping forms, a page of printable directions is also available to distribute to students. The page has proven useful in getting students started with the Minds On Physics Internet Modules. We recommend using the page as an introduction to the program. The six Things You Should Know items at the bottom of the page represent critical understandings about the program; we particularly recommend that teachers discuss these facts with their students.
