Switching Students to a Different Class

It is possible to switch a student from one class to another class. To do so, first navigate to the Roster screen for the class that currently contains the student. Select the student by clicking on the line that contains his/her name. A Switch Class button appears to the right of the roster field. Click on the Switch Class button. When you confirm that you really do wish to switch the selected student to another class, the Switching Classes screen will appear. The name of the student and the current class that he/she is in appear on the screen. And a list of eligible classes into which the student can be switched also appear. And eligible class is one that has been named and includes a roster. Identify the class you wish to switch the student into by clicking on the class name or click the Cancel button if you changed your mind.
