The pressure of a sample of gas is dependent upon the Kelvin temperature of the gas. Increasing the Kelvin temperature increases the pressure. The two quantities are directly proportional to one another.

For a sealed, rigid container of gas, there is a clear relationship between the pressure of the gas and the Kelvin temperature. The relationship is described in the graphic below.  Study the graphic and use it to answer this question.
